At Ottawa-Carleton Lifeskills Inc, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live their best life. That’s why we offer programs for adults with developmental disabilities to help them learn skills and advance their independence. Our Day programs for adults with disabilities in Ottawa provide a fun and relaxed environment with opportunities for socialization, anger management, and cooking classes, as well as presentations from special guests who speak about their lives or interests. Participants can choose between a more relaxed pace with sensory activities such as music, arts and crafts, cooking, games, and chair exercises or a more traditional classroom learning environment with instruction on topics like socialization and anger management.
